Warren Beatty and Annette Bening put Beverly Hills home up for sale

Last December – and owing to the continued soft market for home sales — Hollywood scions Warren Beatty and Annette Bening were trying to rent their Beverly Hills home for $27,500 per month, which was later reduced to $19,995.  With today’s stronger market, however, Beatty and Bening have opted to put the home up for sale, listing it for just under $7 million.

The 10,594 square foot Mediterranean home, built in 1992, is set back from the street on a secluded 1.1 acres, and features bright, sunny interiors, oak-shaded walks, and views of the distant city.  Six bedrooms and eight baths are offered in the two-level main house, while a guest house and staff quarters add an additional three bedrooms and two baths.  Other rooms include a media room, a library, a gym and an office, while the grounds feature a swimming pool with attached spa, mature trees and rolling lawns.
